Once I order something - what happens next?

All orders should arrive within 2-4 weeks of the order being dispatched. Please allow some extra time for delivery on international orders as delivery time to some countries may vary. 

GOOD TO KNOW:

Customs & import charges might apply once the package has reached your country (especially post Brexit, if your destination is in the UK). This is nothing AniaBmusic can control and it has to be paid by you as customer.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept card payments with Visa, MasterCard and American Express. You can also choose to pay with PayPal. When selecting PayPal as payment option at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal site to 'Log in' and review the amount shown before clicking 'Pay Now'. Once this transaction is complete, you will then return to aniabshop.com

What is your return policy?

If the item received is defective in any way, simply email us a picture of the item (and the defect) within 30 days of purchase at info@aniabmusic.com and we will arrange to have a replacement sent to you!

Can I change my order? 

We might be able to change your order if it hasn't been shipped yet. Please contact our customer support team at info@aniabmusic.com  as soon as possible and don't forget to include your order number.
